A short but sweet four coaching sessions spread over one month. Whilst not really long enough to create any major life-changes, this course will give you an idea of the power of coaching and how it can benefit you. You will be surprised at how much can be achieved in four weeks. This package is ideal if you simply need some clarity around what your goals are, and you will have the opportunity to explore issues you’ve never before given much time to.
Included in the Taster Package: 4 sessions. Each session is by phone/Skype and lasts between 45mins-60mins. Unlimited email support (I will reply within 24hrs).
The schedule for the 4 sessions is flexible depending on your needs. However, I believe the optimal format for this course is to have one session a week for 4 weeks.
